Sell out for Phase 3 launch at Laurieston Living, Glasgow

Laurieston Living continues to be one of our most popular housing developments to date, having lived up to expectation when it came to the initial launch of our Phase 3 homes.

Hopeful homeowners began queuing as early as 6am outside our Sales & Marketing Suite, four hours prior to opening!

By the end of the day we were happy to confirm a 100% reservation rate on the latest release, with a grand total of 23 new build apartments (early bird reservations) and 13 townhouse style homes, with our new residents set to make their move in summer 2023.

However if you feel you’ve missed out this time round, there will be more opportunities to buy within the development in the coming months.

In total we will be providing 191 new homes and apartments to the area bounded by Eglinton Street, Gorbals Street, Norfolk Street and Cumberland Street within Phase 3, providing a mixture of apartments and three/four bedroom homes.
