New homes available to reserve at Laurieston Living Phase 3 launch
Having already provided 537 new homes to the Gorbals area of Glasgow, we’re delighted to now be underway with the next phase of works within our Laurieston Living regeneration project – providing Glasgow City Centre with affordable new apartments and townhouses.
Due to complete in Summer 2026, phase 3 will be creating a further 191 new build properties, the first of which to be released will be blocks F & G – available to reserve from Saturday 28th January at 10am.
Potential owners will be seen on a first come, first served basis, with doors opening to our Sales & Marketing Suite at 10am. Find us at 166 Gorbals Street, Glasgow.

One and two bedroom apartments
Within the initial phase 3 launch there will be three apartment types available – The Denham (two bedroom apartment), The Coburg (one bedroom apartment) and The Mackie (one bedroom apartment).
The Denham apartment type
The perfect example of one of our most popular and award winning apartments, The Denham apartment is generous in layout and modern in both style and finishes. A two bedroom apartment, properties will be available across a choice of floors and positions.
Embracing open plan living, the lounge/dining/kitchen is flooded with natural light from the full height french style doors, making for a great large space to connect and socialise.
The Mackie & The Coburg apartment type
Where compact spaces blend perfectly with big ideas. There are just two ‘Mackie’ one bedroom apartments in phase three at Laurieston Living. One on the first and one on the second floor of this end of terrace block. The Mackie maximises the internal space to deliver quality, comfort and flexibility in a cleverly designed layout – making for a great modern first home.
The Coburg is then similar in layout to The Mackie but with an additional fixed window panel in the lounge. A one off design within the development, the one bedroom apartment will be on the top floor of the end of terrace block.
Three and four bedroom townhouses
And for those with a requirement for additional living space, such as growing families, we have a range of townhouses to be released on the 28th of January.
Both new designs to the Urban Union portfolio, The Muir (3 bedroom townhouse) and The Cairns (3 bedroom townhouse with roof terrace) will be shown for the first time at Laurieston Living.
The Muir house type
Available as a mid or end terrace situ, these modern three bedroom family homes are set over three levels and provide plenty of space to homeowners.
Offering an open plan lounge, dining room and modern kitchen with integrated appliances, running the full depth of the home, it also benefits from fitted wardrobes and driveway parking.
The Cairns house type
Also modern in layout with plenty of space and light, The Cairns model is an impressive mid or end terrace three bedroom home which delivers on both aesthetic and quality.
The top floor provides a fantastic living space made up of the lounge and an almost six metre terrace to let you take in the city views. All of which is then completed with driveway parking.
