Harvard University researchers have found that being faced with fresh flowers when you wake up in the morning can make you feel less anxious, less stressed and give you more energy as well as relieving symptoms of stress and anxiety.  They are also proven to help you sleep, improve your memory, make you more productive and make you happy!

Chrysanthemums improve mood

The name chrysanthemum originates from the Greek words Chrysos meaning gold and Anthos meaning flower.
